ProSeminar

ProSeminar’s Short Course Programme for Management & Professional Development

ProSeminar offers a series of one, two and three-day public courses which are held regularly at ProSeminar’s London training centre in the City. In-company versions of these courses, together with additional programmes, are also available and can be run to meet clients’ specifications. Proseminar also offers management qualifications, skills coaching sessions and team development events.

ProSeminar usually restricts course participants to a maximum of 12 people per course (often less) to ensure high levels of interaction and participation. All ProSeminar’s tutors have strong academic and professional backgrounds with wide experience both as trainers and managers.

Selected courses can be extended with supported study provide an easy and convenient route to the CMI’s Certificate in Management & Leadership and other CMI Awards at Level 5.

This introductory management course was excellent. The trainer was very good at encouraging group work and discussion around the key management themes without the course getting sidetracked. The areas I enjoyed centred around project planning, management theory and leading effective meetings. ...
