Career development

The aim of Dupigny Consulting's Career Development programme is to encourage individuals working below their potential, by providing them with personal and career development, guidance and support. This NCFE Level 3 Award Career Development Programme equips all delegates to:

• Assess their career goals and be accountable for career decision that are made
• Identifying motivational factors affecting those decisions.
• Building confidence through assertiveness training and introducing role-play.
• An awareness of talents via the Talent Audit. An understanding of constraining factors affecting the full utilisation of talents.
• Projecting the right image, looking at verbal and non-verbal communication and to effectively communicate the right message.
• Encouraging career visions and through action planning how to effectively achieve this.
• Action planning and target setting in the short medium and long term.
• Networking and mentoring in building lasting relationships.

This Career Development programme is for all those facing change or wishing to take control of their career, from administrative to management level positions.

Using action learning, theory inputs, creative development techniques, exercises, role-play, facilitated discussions, developmental group work and individual coaching.

This programme creates a supportive and challenging environment where delegates can work on themselves and construct and implement personal action plans.

Delegates will receive a workbook to support their learning and training during and after the programme.

In between the steps everyone will be expected to carry out a task and research appropriate areas relevant to their specific needs and learning goals, and to meet with their learning support coach.

Individual coaching {one to one} sessions will be offered for each delegate, between steps and once after the steps have been completed three months after the completion of the programme.
