This is a highly intensive and tailored 3-day workshop which is run onsite for our client. It offers a mix of discussion and practical work that will provide delegates with the opportunity to practice the skills learned through the medium of a series of in-depth related exercises. A key feature of this learning programme is the use of business actors to make the activities more realistic.

Suitability and application
This course is aimed at Project Managers, Team Leaders, Work Package Managers, & Team Members who need to increase their impact & influence when dealing with others.
Prior to the course, each attendee is required to carry out a piece of pre-course work:
