Fire Dragon Coaching Limited created this Fire Dragon Training Academy with the aim of training individuals how to combine and use NLP, Time Line Therapy, Hypnosis and coaching skills to deliver Soft Skills training with volition in a business environment.
The Fire Dragon Training Academy trains you to dramatically improve your communication, assertiveness, leadership, management, sales and presentation skills. The training will enhance your own performance in your chosen career and subsequently allows you to train others in business to increase productivity, sales and profit.
The training uses a combination of audio-learning, online testing, written information and live training to train you to become a communication expert. What’s more, we also help you to build your business as a trainer once you graduate!

Soft skills training encompasses a whole range of skills, including assertiveness, influencing and persuading, negotiating, presenting and public speaking, networking and managing a team. What Is Involved in The Training?
This Certified Business Soft Skills Trainers' Training takes place over a 9 month period. It involves 25 days live training across 4 separate weeks. The training combines pre-course audio-learning and reading materials for each module – this equates to roughly 30 hours of pre-course study per module.
The live training involves 50% theory and 50% practical training so that all delegates become fully proficient in delivering all the techniques and training involved in the course syllabus. Online testing is carried out to ensure the integration of all knowledge and training support materials will be available to download from the Fire Dragon Academy website.
Fire Dragon Training Academy graduates will fully qualified to operate as Master Practitioners of both NLP and Time Line Therapy and Fire Dragon Certified Trainers of all Fire Dragon Business Improvement courses.
The training is currently run three times a year - in Egypt, Malaysia and The Maldives.
