This course is about acquiring a powerful structure for building strategy-focused management information, that can be cascaded throughout the organisation, using the principles of the balanced scorecard.
You will gain an in-depth understanding of how vision, strategy, objectives, measures, targets, initiatives, key performance indicators (KPIs) and their ownership can be brought together into one performance management framework. Gary Ashworth, Director, A1 Aspirations Ltd, specialises in advanced performance management approaches. He has extensive implementation experience in a wide range of organisations, has spoken internationally on the subject and has been published widely through Pearson/Financial Times Publications and in Financial Management. He led the performance management service lines in two of the major consulting firms over a number of years, and has set up several successful private commercial ventures.
