About our Train the Trainer training
We offer a series of Train the Trainer programmes, ranging from our one day introductory programmes to multiple days for intensive Train the Trainer challenges.
- Each programme can be bespoke to suit specific industry sector requirements.
- The duration of each programme can be adapted to suit client training needs analysis.
- Training programmes can be held either on-site or in local training facilities.
- Training programmes run from 09.30 to 16.30 to meet CIPD requirements with refreshment breaks and lunch included.

This three day course will show you how to harness the full potential of a training group by facilitating discussion and participation. You will learn how to adapt training to suit different learning processes and practice ways to keep attention by delivering stimulating sessions.

In-company training is any kind of training you want, run at a time and a location to suit you, for any number of people. We refer to it as 'In- Company' because these events are usually requested by organisations, for their internal staff, to take place at one of their offices, but we'll happily provide an external venue instead if desired.
